Enrol your team on any date. All 18 courses stay open to every employee.

18 live online courses for the modern workplace. Each employee chooses any 6 across their membership year, from a menu that contains all 18 whatever month you enrol. Priced per employee, falling as your team grows. All prices excl VAT. Enrol a team and apply for JobsPlus co-funding.

The promise, in one paragraph

Auren Institute runs 18 live online CPD short courses on a teaching cycle from October to June each year. Every course runs once per cycle and keeps the same calendar month every year. Each employee's membership begins on their enrolment date and ends on the last day of that same calendar month in the following year, so all 18 courses have a sitting inside every employee's membership period whatever month you enrol them. Each employee chooses any 6. Employers can align every seat to a single start month so budgeting, reporting and JobsPlus applications sit in one cycle.

How team membership works

Five rules. The first one removes the question every HR lead asks.

Rule 1

Enrol on any date

No intake window and no waiting for the new cycle. A team enrolled in March has the same 18 courses to choose from as a team enrolled in October, at the same price per employee.

Rule 2

Each membership runs a full year

Each employee's membership begins on their enrolment date and ends on the last day of the same calendar month in the following year.

Rule 3

All 18 stay open

Each course runs once per cycle in a fixed calendar month, so every employee's membership period contains one sitting of each of the 18. Some of an employee's six may fall in the current cycle and some in the next. Both count.

Rule 4

Nominate and change

Employees nominate their 6 at any point in the membership period, or you nominate on their behalf. Selections can change up to 14 days before a sitting begins, subject to availability.

Rule 5

Align your seats if you prefer

If you would rather run everything on one clock, we can align every seat to a single start month so your renewal, your completion reporting and your JobsPlus applications all sit in the same cycle. Tell us the month when you book.

Budgeting

One price all year

Because a March enrolment gets the same menu as an October one, there is no pro-rating and no late-joiner discount to negotiate. The band you fall into is set by headcount, not by the month.

Turnover

Seats are named

The 6 courses are per employee and are not transferable to another employee. If your headcount changes materially mid-year, tell us and we will re-band the quote at renewal.

If a sitting does not run: a course runs when at least 3 learners are enrolled in that sitting in total, counting learners across all organisations booked, not 3 from your own team. If the only sitting of a selected course inside an employee's membership period is cancelled or postponed, we carry that place to the next sitting and extend that employee's membership period at no extra cost.

What this looks like in practice

Four different enrolment dates. The same 18 courses open to the employee in every one.

You enrol an employee onTheir membership runs toCourses they can choose from
5 October 202631 October 2027All 18
15 March 202731 March 2028All 18

The number in the right-hand column does not change, because the calendar was built so that it cannot.

Annual price per employee

Choose the band that matches how many people you enrol. The price is per employee, per year, and falls as your team grows. All prices exclude VAT.

Team sizePrice per employee / year (excl VAT)
1 to 4 employees€795
5 to 10 employees€695
11 to 25 employees€675
26 to 50 employees€650
51 to 100 employees€625
101 to 250 employees€595

Prices are per employee, per year, and exclude VAT. VAT is added at the applicable VAT rate on your quote and invoice. For teams above 250 employees, ask us for a tailored quote.

What every subscription includes

The same core benefits apply to every band, from your first employee.

  • Any 6 of the 18 courses, per employee, per year, chosen from the full programme and from either cycle.
  • The Auren Certificate for every course an employee completes.
  • A subscriber template library: 2 to 3 ready-to-use working documents per course (compliance registers, risk logs, appraisal scripts, project charters), around 40 by season end, refreshed whenever a course updates.
  • A members-only monthly newsletter: what changed in the regulations behind the courses, a highlighted template, and the month's sessions.
  • Live online delivery, so there is no travel or venue cost.
  • Flexible billing: pay annually, or in monthly instalments on a 12-month commitment.

More as your team grows

Larger plans add reporting and support on top of the core benefits.

From 11 employees

Completion analytics

A per-employee completion and attendance report, so you can see who actually trained, not just who was enrolled.

From 26 employees

Named contact and quarterly review

A named learning contact and a quarterly completion review meeting built on your team's data.

Reporting that pays back

Funding-ready records

From the analytics band up, your completion and attendance records are exactly what a JobsPlus Investing in Skills claim needs, so the reporting and the funding paperwork are one job.

The 18 courses your team can choose from

Each employee picks any 6 across their membership year, from either cycle. Every course is 4 live sessions of 1.5 hours, with a 1,500-word assignment and the Auren Certificate.

Employer co-funding: JobsPlus Investing in Skills

Malta-based employers may be able to recover part of the cost of training their team. This applies to Malta only. UK employers should ask us about the options in their market.

Co-funding rates

Approved training costs are co-financed by JobsPlus through the Investing in Skills scheme (European Social Fund Plus), at up to 70% for small and micro employers, 60% for medium and 50% for large. Claims reference groups of up to 10 trainees. Live online delivery is eligible where JobsPlus is given access to monitor sessions. Scheme details.

Are our courses eligible?

Our CPD is voluntary upskilling, chosen by you or by the learner. Because it is external, trainer-led training, and not something an individual must complete to keep practising a profession, it is eligible in principle. Training a person needs to hold a licence or to meet compulsory professional CPD hours is not eligible. Every application is evaluated individually by JobsPlus, and approval is never guaranteed.

How employers apply, and when

Applications are made online, one per course. Each application covers a completed course from its start date to its end date, with a certificate at the end, rather than single sessions, and that holds even when the courses come through your annual subscription. Submit at least 7 calendar days before the start date, and earlier than that if you are relying on the funding. Because every course has a sitting inside every employee's membership period, you can time each application to whichever sitting gives you those clear days, rather than rushing the next one on the calendar.

The documentation pack we give you

We hand you a ready pack for each course: the training programme, the schedule, and attendance records, built to the JobsPlus templates, so your application is straightforward to assemble. Self-employed applicants are asked for a little more by JobsPlus, including their latest tax return and profit and loss statement. If an application arrives with something missing, the JobsPlus officer gives you the chance to amend it within a deadline.

Please note: each application is assessed individually and approval is never guaranteed, so we do not promise a net price. Under the scheme, non-accredited training is supported up to 25 contact hours per trainee, while accredited training at MQF Level 1 to 5 can go beyond that limit. Rates are those published by JobsPlus and current as at July 2026, so verify before you apply.

Invoicing and purchase orders

How we bill

We invoice your organisation directly and accept purchase orders. Quotes state the price per employee, the VAT and the total, so you can raise a PO against a fixed figure. Send us your headcount and PO or billing details and we will issue the invoice. Request a quote or invoice.

Common questions from employers

Can we enrol at any time of year?
Yes. There is no intake window. Each employee's membership begins on their enrolment date and ends on the last day of that same calendar month in the following year, and all 18 courses have a sitting inside that period.
Which courses can our employees choose from?
All 18. Every course runs once per cycle in the same calendar month each year, so whatever month you enrol, each employee's membership period contains one sitting of each of the 18. Each employee chooses any 6.
What if a course our team wants has already run this cycle?
They take it in the next cycle and it still counts towards their 6. Courses keep the same calendar month year to year, so a course that ran in November 2026 runs again in November 2027.
Can we put every employee on the same schedule?
Yes. Tell us your preferred start month and we will align every seat to it, so your renewal date, completion reporting and JobsPlus applications all sit in one cycle.
When do employees have to choose their 6, and can they change?
They nominate at any point in the membership period, or you nominate on their behalf. A selection can be changed up to 14 days before that sitting begins, subject to availability.
What happens if a course does not run?
A course runs when at least 3 learners are enrolled in that sitting in total, counting learners across all organisations, not 3 from your own team. If the only sitting of a selected course inside an employee's membership period is cancelled or postponed, we carry that place to the next sitting and extend that employee's membership period at no extra cost.
How is employer pricing structured?
You pay one annual rate per employee that falls as your team grows: 795 euro per employee per year for 1 to 4 employees, 695 for 5 to 10, 675 for 11 to 25, 650 for 26 to 50, 625 for 51 to 100, and 595 for 101 to 250. All prices exclude VAT.
What does each employee get for the annual price?
Any 6 of the 18 courses across their membership period, drawn from either cycle, the Auren Certificate for every course completed, access to the subscriber template library, the members-only monthly newsletter, and live online delivery with no travel or venue cost. The 6 courses are per employee and are not transferable to another employee.
Is VAT included in these prices?
No. All prices are shown excl VAT. VAT is added at the applicable VAT rate on your quote and invoice, so you can raise a purchase order against a fixed figure.
Can we apply for JobsPlus funding?
Yes, Malta-based employers can apply to co-fund approved training costs through JobsPlus Investing in Skills, at up to 70 percent for small and micro employers, 60 percent for medium and 50 percent for large. Apply online, one application per completed course, at least 7 calendar days before the start date, and earlier if you are relying on the funding. Every application is evaluated individually and approval is never guaranteed.
Which of our courses are eligible for JobsPlus funding?
Our CPD is voluntary upskilling, so it is eligible in principle as external, trainer-led training. Training that a person must complete to keep practising a profession, such as a licence renewal or compulsory CPD hours, is not eligible. JobsPlus evaluates every application individually, and approval is never guaranteed.
What do we need for a JobsPlus application?
One application per course, covering the completed course from start date to end date with a certificate, plus the training programme, schedule and attendance records. We give you a ready pack built to the JobsPlus templates. Self-employed applicants also provide their latest tax return and profit and loss statement. If something is missing, the JobsPlus officer lets you amend it within a deadline.
Do we get free e-learning as well?
Yes. On top of your subscription, we include free annual access to relevant e-learning, and it grows with the number of seats you buy. Contact us for the current terms.
How are the courses delivered?
Live online and tutor-led. Each course is 4 sessions of 1.5 hours, from 09:30 to 11:00 CET, with a 1,500-word assignment. Courses run between October and June each year.
What reporting do we get?
From 11 employees you get per-employee completion and attendance analytics. From 26 employees you also get a named learning contact and a quarterly completion review. These records are what a JobsPlus Investing in Skills claim needs.
How do we pay, and can you invoice against a purchase order?
We invoice your organisation directly and accept purchase orders. You can pay annually, or in monthly instalments on a 12-month commitment. Quotes state the price per employee, the VAT and the total.
Is there a minimum team size?
No minimum. The 1 to 4 employees band starts at 795 euro per employee per year, excl VAT, so you can enrol a single person or a whole department on the same plan.

Ready to train your team?

Send us how many people you want to enrol and your preferred start month. We will confirm the band, send a quote with VAT shown, and guide you on JobsPlus co-funding. Enrol on any date and all 18 courses are open to every employee.
