The problem with generic compliance training

Most compliance training is built for the global market. It teaches the category, not the regulation. It uses American examples, abstract scenarios, and language carefully kept generic enough to sell across 50 countries. That works for a platform with 25,000 courses to maintain. It does not work when a regulator, an auditor, or a tribunal asks what your team was actually trained on.
