Corporate training built around your team, not a fixed catalogue.
Auren Institute designs corporate compliance and management training for the team in front of us: your size, your sector, your level, your schedule. Every programme is scoped to your brief, quoted individually, and confirmed with you before it runs. Malta-based employers can pair it with JobsPlus Investing in Skills co-funding. Request a bespoke quote and we build the plan.
The promise, in one paragraph
This is not an off-the-shelf course list. You tell us the team, the compliance or management pressure you are training against, and the outcome you want, and we design a programme to fit. We adjust the depth, the sector scenarios, the level, the cohort size and the delivery format around your people. Every corporate programme is different, so every one is scoped and priced on its own and is subject to our final approval and written confirmation before delivery is booked. Delivery is live online, or on-site at your premises by arrangement.
How a bespoke programme is built
Five steps from your brief to a confirmed programme. No two run the same way, so we agree each one with you before anything is booked.
Scope
Tell us the team size, the sector, the roles and the compliance or management outcome you are training toward. We turn that into a clear brief.
Design
We build the programme around your brief: the topics, the level, the sector scenarios, the number of sessions and the assessment, if any.
Quote
You get a written quote for that specific programme, with the price, the VAT and the delivery terms, so you can raise a purchase order against a fixed figure.
Approve
Because every programme is bespoke, each is subject to our final approval and your written confirmation before it is scheduled. We confirm dates once both are in place.
Deliver and certify
We deliver live online or on-site by arrangement, with a qualified lecturer, and issue the Auren Certificate to each learner who completes.
Records you can use
You receive completion and attendance records for the group, built so they are ready for a JobsPlus Investing in Skills claim where you are applying for one.
Your calendar, not ours
There is no fixed intake. We agree start dates that fit your team and, for Malta funding, that leave clear time for a JobsPlus application.
What we tailor
The programme flexes on six axes, so it matches the team you actually have.
Team size
From a single department to a whole workforce. We shape cohort sizes and scheduling to how many people you need to train and how you want them grouped.
Sector and specialisation
Scenarios, case studies and examples are written for your sector, from financial services and iGaming to healthcare, retail, hospitality and the public sector.
Level
Foundation for wide-workforce awareness, intermediate for line managers, or advanced for specialists such as Compliance Officers, DPOs and MLROs.
Delivery format
Live online with no travel or venue cost, on-site at your premises, or a blend. We agree the format that suits your team when we scope the programme.
Schedule and pace
Session length, frequency and start dates are set around your operation, so training fits the working week rather than fighting it.
Assessment and certification
Add an assignment and the Auren Certificate where you want evidence of completion, or run an awareness session where you do not.
What we train on
Compliance is our specialism, delivered by practitioners who have to comply with what they teach. Management and workplace skills sit alongside it as part of a wider programme.
- Compliance: GDPR and data protection, AML and KYC, health and safety, anti-bribery and corruption, whistleblowing, ESG, internal compliance audit, and compliance management systems.
- Regulated-sector training shaped for your obligations, with the regulation, the article and the date in force named, not a generic overview.
- Management and supervision: people management, supervising a first team, leading remote and hybrid teams, performance management and KPIs.
- Workplace and digital skills: AI in the workplace, cybersecurity awareness, digital tools, structured problem solving and project management.
- Awareness programmes for a whole workforce, and specialist programmes for the compliance function, scoped to the right level for each audience.
Bespoke quotation
Because every corporate programme is different, we do not publish a fixed price. You tell us the brief, we quote the programme.
What shapes your quote
The number of people, the number of sessions, the level and depth of content, the amount of sector customisation, the delivery format, and whether you want assessment and certification. Send us those details and we return a written quote for that programme.
What the quote states
A single figure for the programme, the VAT added at the applicable rate, and the delivery terms, so you can raise a purchase order against a fixed price. We invoice your organisation directly and accept purchase orders. Request a bespoke quote.
Live online means no venue cost
Where you choose live online delivery there is no travel or venue cost to add. On-site delivery is available by arrangement, and any related cost is set out in the quote before you commit.
What a corporate programme includes
The core of every bespoke programme, whatever the size.
- A programme designed to your brief, with content, level and scenarios built for your team and sector.
- Delivery by qualified lecturers and practitioners, live online or on-site by arrangement.
- The Auren Certificate for every learner who completes, where the programme includes assessment.
- Completion and attendance records for the group, built to support a JobsPlus Investing in Skills claim where you apply for one.
- A single written quote with the price, the VAT and the delivery terms, suitable for a purchase order.
- Quality assured content, reviewed and updated so it reflects the current regulations behind the training.
Employer co-funding: JobsPlus Investing in Skills
Malta-based employers may be able to recover part of the cost of training their team. This applies to Malta only. UK employers should ask us about the options in their market.
Co-funding rates
Approved training costs are co-financed by JobsPlus through the Investing in Skills scheme, at up to 70% for small and micro employers, 60% for medium and 50% for large. Claims reference groups of up to 10 trainees. Both accredited and non-accredited training can be supported. Scheme details.
Funding is not decided by Auren
The funding decision rests entirely with JobsPlus, not with Auren Institute. Approval is never guaranteed, every application is evaluated individually, and your programme does not depend on Auren for its funding. We help by building the documentation, but we cannot promise a net price.
How employers apply, and when
Applications are made online by the employer, one per training programme, and cover the programme from its start date to its end date. Submit at least 7 calendar days before the start date, and earlier if you are relying on the funding, so there is time to agree the programme and prepare the paperwork.
The documentation pack we give you
For each programme we hand you a ready pack built to the JobsPlus templates: the training programme, the schedule and the attendance records, so your application is straightforward to assemble. Self-employed applicants are asked for a little more by JobsPlus. If an application arrives with something missing, the JobsPlus officer gives you the chance to amend it within a deadline.
Accreditation and quality
CPD registered, quality assured, and delivered by practitioners.
Accreditation
Auren Institute is a CPD-registered provider (registration 22536). Selected programmes are available as accredited awards, and we will confirm what is available for the programme you need.
Quality and delivery
Every Auren programme is quality assured, and reviewed and updated so the content stays current with the regulations behind it. Programmes are delivered only by highly qualified lecturers and practitioners, and on completion each learner receives the Auren Certificate where the programme includes assessment.
Requesting a programme
