Entry requirements
This course is open to all professionals. A minimum of 2 years working experience OR a minimum of 1 A Level and 5 O Levels is preferable. You need a working command of English and access to a computer with a stable internet connection.
Method of assessment
Assessment is a written assignment of 1,500 words, completed in your own time after the sessions. It asks you to apply the course to your own workplace. Pass the assignment and you receive your Auren Certificate. There is no exam.

Mr. Stefan Gauci Scicluna
Stefan Gauci Scicluna is a management trainer and senior operations management professional with extensive experience across strategy, finance, supply chain, and organisational performance. Stefan has been lecturing since 2013 across multiple institutions, delivering practical modules in Supervisory Skills, Operations Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Financial Management, while also supervising dissertations up to Master's level. He holds an MA in Politics and Public Administration, Bachelor of Commerce in Management, and is also pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration studies about learning organisations and performance management. Moreover, he holds a Professional Teaching Warrant. Alongside education, he has led complex operations and large-scale projects in property and international trade, managing stakeholders, teams, and performance systems across the UK. His training style is structured, engaging, and workplace-focused, equipping learners with real tools to lead, communicate, and deliver results.

JobsPlus Investing in Skills (employers)
Malta-based employers can apply to the Investing in Skills scheme for co-financing of approved training costs (70% for small and micro employers, 60% for medium and 50% for large, on approved training costs). Applications must be submitted at least 7 calendar days before the course starts, and claims reference groups of up to 10 trainees per claim.
