Bring compliance training to your members, and earn from it

Your members get 20% off every seat on the Auren self-paced library, for as long as they stay members. You earn 10% of what they pay in their first year. You build nothing, deliver nothing and support nothing. We do all of it.

The offer in two numbers

No tiers to negotiate, no volume thresholds to hit before it is worth your while.

20%

Off every seat, for your members

A standing discount on the whole self-paced seat ladder, at every band. It holds for as long as they are a member of your organisation, not just in year one, so you have something real to put in front of them at every renewal.

10%

Of first-year revenue, to you

Ten percent of what each member you introduce actually pays us in their first twelve months. Paid on cleared invoices. It applies to the first year of each new member, not to renewals.

What your members pay, and what you earn

Self-paced seats, priced by headcount. Every seat opens the full library. All figures exclude VAT.

Number of seatsList price / seat / yearYour member paysYou earn / seat
1 to 4 seats€395€316€31.60
5 to 10 seats€295€236€23.60
11 to 25 seats€225€180€18.00
26 to 50 seats€175€140€14.00
51 to 100 seats€125€100€10.00
101 to 250 seats€95€76€7.60

Prices are per seat, per year, and exclude VAT. Your earnings are 10% of the discounted figure your member is invoiced, in their first year only. Above 250 seats we quote individually and the same 20% and 10% apply.

A worked example. A member firm with 25 staff pays €180 a seat instead of €225. That is €4,500 for the year, and it saves them €1,125. You earn €450. Introduce ten members of that size in a year and the programme is worth €4,500 to you, on work you were largely doing anyway when you told them about it.

What your members actually get

This is not a discount on a thin catalogue. It is 20% off the whole library.

  • 43 self-paced courses, including seven complete ladders that run Foundation to Intermediate to Advanced on one named regulation.
  • UK and Malta specificity. Named legislation, written against the version currently in force, with separate variants where the two jurisdictions differ.
  • A 30-day update SLA on regulated content. When the law moves, the course is updated inside the subscription and nobody pays again.
  • The Auren Certificate for every course completed, version-dated to the content the learner was assessed on, which is what an auditor actually wants to see.
  • Free access to our monthly webinars, on every seat, so members stay current between courses.
  • Free trial access before they commit. We would rather they looked around first than bought on the strength of a web page.
  • Bulk enrolment and role-based assignment, so a member can push a learning path to a whole department in one go.

Why this is worth your time

Most partner programmes ask you to sell something. This one asks you to mention something.

  • Nothing to build. No content to write, no platform to run, no trainers to book, no updates to maintain when the law changes. That burden stays with us permanently.
  • Nothing to support. We onboard the member, set up their enrolments, answer their questions and invoice them. You are not in the middle of a support ticket.
  • A member benefit that renews itself. The 20% holds for as long as they are your member. That is a retention argument for your own membership, not just a one-off perk.
  • A reason to make contact. Every time a regulation lands, you have something useful to send your members rather than another newsletter about nothing.
  • Revenue with no delivery cost. Your 10% carries no obligation to deliver, so it drops straight to your bottom line.
  • Credibility by association, honestly earned. We are a CPD-registered provider, registration 22536, and every course is quality assured and reviewed by internal and external auditors.

One benefit, many separate accounts

How it works

Four steps, and only the first one needs anything from you.

Step 1

We agree terms

A short written agreement setting out the 20%, the 10%, how members are attributed to you, and how you get paid. No exclusivity, no minimum volume, no fee to join.

Step 2

You tell your members

We give you the copy, the images and a landing page to point at. Put it in a newsletter, on your member portal, in an event, or in the mouths of your account managers.

Step 3

We take it from there

Member gets in touch or uses your code, we quote, set up their seats and invoice them at the discounted rate. You are not in the loop unless you want to be.

Step 4

You get paid

We report what each of your members bought and pay your 10% on cleared invoices, monthly. No chasing, no self-reporting, no dashboard you have to remember to check.

Ongoing

The benefit renews

Your members keep the 20% at renewal for as long as they are your members. Your 10% applies to their first year only, so your cost is nil and your benefit continues.

Any time

You can stop

Either side can end the agreement on notice. Members already enrolled keep their discount and their access for the term they have paid for.

The terms, in plain English

The detail sits in the partner agreement. Nothing here will surprise you when you read it.

What the 20% applies to

The self-paced seat ladder shown above, at every band. It does not apply to our live CPD programme, to the MQF4 Award cohorts, or to advisory and consulting work, where delivery capacity is finite and trainer cost is real. If a member wants those, we will quote them properly and tell you.

How your 10% is calculated

Ten percent of the amount your member is actually invoiced, after the 20% discount and excluding VAT, across their first twelve months. If they add seats mid-year, those count too. Renewals do not.

How members are attributed to you

By named account, not by cookie. Either the member tells us who sent them, or they use your partner code, or you send us the introduction directly. We confirm the attribution in writing when we open the account, so there is never a dispute six months later about who introduced whom.

When you get paid

Monthly, on invoices we have actually been paid for, after the refund window has closed. We send a statement showing each member, what they bought and what you earned.

What stays with us

Auren Institute retains the intellectual property in all course content and keeps the platform, the learner relationship and the support obligation. This is an introduction and member-benefit arrangement, not a licence to resell or rebrand. If you want to white-label the library under your own name, that is a separate reseller conversation and a different commercial structure.

How this differs from our affiliate programme

Our affiliate programme pays a link-based commission on individual course and bundle purchases. This partner programme covers organisational seat subscriptions introduced by name. The two do not stack on the same sale, and we will tell you which one applies before anything is signed.

Please note: prices, discounts and commission rates are those current as at July 2026 and may be revised on notice. Nothing on this page is an offer capable of acceptance. The partner agreement is the operative document, and we will send it before you commit to anything.

Questions partners ask

What does it cost us to join?
Nothing. There is no joining fee, no annual fee, no minimum volume and no exclusivity. If the programme turns out not to suit you, you stop telling your members about it and nothing else happens.
Do our members keep the 20% forever?
For as long as they are a member of your organisation. It is a standing benefit, not a first-year sweetener, so the price does not jump on them at renewal. If they leave your membership, they move to our list price at their next renewal.
Why is your commission only for the first year?
Because we carry the delivery, the support and the content maintenance for every year after that. Paying a perpetual share on revenue we service ourselves would eventually price the programme out of existence, and we would rather run one that lasts. Your 10% applies to every new member you introduce, so the programme keeps paying as long as you keep introducing.
How much can we realistically earn?
It depends entirely on your membership. A 25-seat member earns you 450 euro. A 60-seat member earns you 600 euro. Ten members averaging 25 seats is 4,500 euro in a year. Tell us the size and shape of your membership and we will model it honestly rather than quote you a headline number.
Do we have to sell anything?
No. You introduce, we sell. Most partners do nothing more than put it in a member newsletter, list it on their benefits page, and mention it when a member asks about training. If you want to be more involved we will support that, but it is not expected.
What if a member asks us a question we cannot answer?
Send them to us. We onboard, quote, support and invoice every member directly, so you are never the first line of support for a product you did not build.
Does the discount apply to your live courses too?
No. The 20% covers the self-paced library only. Live CPD and the MQF4 Award have finite cohort places and a real trainer cost per learner, so they stay at list price. We will quote a member for those separately and tell you when we do.
Can we white-label the courses under our own brand?
Not under this programme. Auren Institute retains the IP, the platform and the learner relationship here. White-labelling is a separate reseller arrangement with different commercial terms, and we are happy to have that conversation if it is what you actually want.
How do you know a member came from us?
By named attribution rather than a tracking cookie. The member tells us, or uses your partner code, or you introduce them directly. We confirm it in writing when the account opens, so nobody is arguing about it later.
Can we promote this alongside your affiliate programme?
Yes, but they cover different things. The affiliate programme is a link-based commission on individual course and bundle purchases. This programme covers organisational seat subscriptions introduced by name. They do not stack on the same sale, and we will confirm which applies before anything is agreed.
Is there a written agreement?
Yes, and we send it before you commit to anything. It sets out the discount, the commission, attribution, payment terms, IP ownership and notice on both sides. Nothing on this page replaces it.
Our members are outside the UK and Malta. Does this work?
Ask us. Our content is written specifically against UK and Maltese law, which is the point of it, so it is strongest for members operating in those jurisdictions. We would rather tell you it is a poor fit than sign you up to promote something your members cannot use.

Let's see if it fits

Tell us what your organisation is, roughly how many members or clients you reach, and what sectors they work in. We will come back with the partner terms and an honest view of what the programme is worth to you.
