The AGRC Certificate in Corporate Governance provides the knowledge and skills to implement effective governance frameworks. The course covers board responsibilities, regulatory requirements, risk management and stakeholder engagement. You explore internal control mechanisms and the three lines of defence, the composition and committee structure of an effective board, and how CSR, ESG and sustainability sit within the board's remit.

- After three months, a fee of 175 euro applies to sit the exam and for any further attempt
