Lesson 4: Everyone over eighteen, not just the lead tenant
Learn who must be checked - every adult occupier aged 18 or over - and who carries the duty, the landlord or the agent in writing.

Lesson 5: Share codes, passports, and the two lists
Recognise the three check routes, tell List A from List B documents, and understand what a share code is and is not.

Lesson 6: Before the keys, and the same for everyone
